Facial GuaSha
Service Description
Facial Gua Sha is a traditional beauty and wellness practice that originates from Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). It involves using a smooth-edged tool—usually made of jade, rose quartz, or other stones—to gently massage and scrape the skin of the face. The main benefits of facial Gua Sha include improving blood circulation, promoting lymphatic drainage, reducing facial tension, and helping to relieve puffiness. With regular practice, it may also enhance skin elasticity and give the face a more lifted and refreshed appearance. Facial Gua Sha is typically performed with a facial oil or serum to allow the tool to glide smoothly over the skin, and the movements are gentle, slow, and controlled.
